smsCafe are an online sms provider that give free sms when you register, it's not stated how many free sms you get. You can also accumulate more free sms by signing up to services and posting on the forum. Quite a lot of work when there are other free sms services available.
smsCafe support all languages in their sms. The website is in English and Arabic.
