You get an error message is there is a problem with your text, so at least you know it hasn't been sent. Browser cookies need to be enabled. Lots of ads, but service tells you if free sms has been sent. Just-sms.eu is heavily supported by ads

STill waiting!
Just SMSStill waiting for my free sms to arrive and this despite clicking on lots of ads. This was a good free sms service a few months back. Was ist los, guys?

SMS arrived 21 hours later
Just SMSWell the text message finally arrived, just under 21 hours later. Good job I didn't send an importan txt like "Are you coming out for a beer, tonight?" or something. Hmmm.

Works limited
Messages arrive right away when sent to German mobile phones. Used to work with UK and Australian numbers as well, but haven't sent any in a while. Doesn't seem to work for Vodafone Australia.
