ICQ has been available since 2003 and is a popular free sms service. In July 09 this listing was moved from 'Worldwide' as the number of countries available for the free sms service were reduced.

ICQ Free SMSThis should be in Australia, Canada, Israel and Singapore listings and not worldwide as it clearly does not let you send free sms worldwide (or to UK). Hmmm!
