Vien can only do better with MTN network 2 out of 5 stars

Vien isnt quiete agood site coz it can only deliver messages to MTN network.It doesnt support celtel and messages to uganda telecom are never delivered.
U hav 2believe me coz i hav used Vien sms so many a time.
But if yo texting 2 an MTN subscriber,i giv u a go a head coz its jst 100% excellent with that network.For other networks,dont waste yo time,okay?!
