TextMeLater looks dodgy
This site looks dodgy to me, when you click the Privacy Policy link it doesn't actually have a privacy policy - the link is just there to make the site look legit. Either that or you have to register with them to be able to see their privacy policy - that would also be dodgy!

Can send free text messages immediately, but this service also lets you send sms messages in the future; e.g. for birthdays, appointments or even wake-up messages!
